1. What this service is

Arzzah is a register that displays job, tender, grant, training, and survey listings published by third parties (registered organizations). The Site is not a party to any employment, contract, or agreement that results from contact between a listing's poster and any applicant, and makes no guarantee about the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcome of any listing.

2. Organization and job-seeker accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. New organization accounts and their listings are reviewed by our team before publication, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any account or listing at our discretion — in particular anything misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.

3. Responsibility for content

Each organization is solely responsible for the accuracy and content of what it publishes. The Site is not liable for any harm arising from inaccurate information supplied by a user.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site to post fraudulent or abusive content, to collect other users' data for unauthorized purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or for any purpose that violates Iraqi law.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms at any time.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated version.
